Stephanie Brown is a Florida native who was born and raised in Lakeland, FL and has spent much of her life in the Tampa Bay area. She brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, real estate investment experience, and local knowledge to every client she works with.
Stephanie earned a Master's degree in Advertising from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Florida Southern College. She spent over 20 years working in advertising in both New York City and Florida, where she developed strong skills in communication, organization, and strategic problem solving?skills that translate directly into helping clients successfully navigate real estate transactions.
Her passion for real estate began through investing in properties, which eventually led her to become a licensed real estate agent. Over the past several years, Stephanie has built experience as both an investor and property manager in the short-term rental market, with properties in the Pinellas County beaches, Tampa, Gainesville, Texas, and the North Carolina mountains. This hands-on experience gives her a practical understanding of the financial and operational side of real estate, which can be especially valuable for clients considering vacation homes or investment properties.
Stephanie enjoys helping clients find homes that support their lifestyle and long-term goals?whether that means a primary residence, a vacation property, or an investment opportunity. Known for being determined, reliable, and patient, she focuses on understanding each client's priorities and negotiating solutions that work for everyone involved.
As a cancer survivor, Stephanie is especially passionate about supporting others going through cancer treatment and values giving back in ways that make a difference in people's lives.
When she's not working with clients, Stephanie enjoys traveling to the mountains and beaches, cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and spending time with her family, including her husband Mike, her daughter Jamie and their pets?two dogs, Roxy and Louie.
